With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Glenn Kent Ropka (Catonsville, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on June 7, 2024 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ropka and Betty Brown; and his stepfather Herbert T. Brown, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Linda Marie Ropka (Nee Lissau); his daughter Jessica Louise Stewart (Nee Ropka); his sister Sharon Maben (Doug); his grandchildren, Allison Marie Stewart and Matthew Stephen Stewart; his niece Rachel Brown; his aunt Janet Thomas (Don); and his cousins, Liz Carlin (Brian), Terry Mann, Jimmy Mann (Darb), Karen and Laura Thomas. He is also survived by his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to BARCS (https://www.barcs.org) in Glenn's memory.
