He was predeceased by: his mother Stefania Polakowski; his wife Rita Peck; his father John Polakowski; and his siblings, Wallace, John, Anthony, Francis Polakowski, Dorothy Gordon, Stella Schlaeger and Florence Yurkowski.
He is survived by: his children, Gregory, Stephen, Jonathan, David Peck and Kathryn Balch; his children-in-law, Diane, Karen, Renee Peck and Thomas Balch; his grandchildren, Matthew, Mark, Daniel (Sun), Bethany, Nicholas, Gabrielle, Michaela Peck, Zachary and Trevor Balch; and his great grandchildren, Josiah and Naomi Peck. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
