He is survived by: his wife Doris J. Baldwin; his children, Stephen Baldwin (Rebecca), Timothy Baldwin (Jeri), Gwendolyn Leatherman (Wayne), Kirk Baldwin (late Tammy) and Billie Joan Baldwin; and his brother Roger Lee Baldwin (Beverly). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
