He is survived by: his wife Rose Holsey; his children, Stacey Lattea (Dan), Douglas Holsey, Jr. (Heather), Keith Holsey (Adrienne) and Lauren Holsey (Bryan Guy); and his grandchildren, Samantha, Sarah, Savannah Lattea, Taylor, Douglas III (Trey), Andrew, Jack, Emma, Eliot and Zachary Holsey.
