She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas L. Beightol; her parents, Nellie Welch and Floyd Welch; and her siblings, Floyd E. Welch, Raymond Welch, Robert Welch, Virginia Welch, Mary Ott, Frances Carver, Katherine Keplinger and Mae H. Mills.
She is survived by: her children, Evelyn M. Dailey, Thomas E. Beightol, Shirley A. Appleby, Ronald G. Beightol, Mary M. Kidwell and Paul R. Beightol; her sons-in-law, James E. Appleby and Donald L. Dailey; her grandchildren, Sarah A. Appleby, Kenneth W. Kidwell, Christina Raye and Jennifer L. Kidwell; and her great grandchildren, Ariell, Aiden, Charity, Ian, Cameron, Nicole and Phillip.
In lieu of flowers donations made be made to St.Gabriel Catholic Church or the Alzheimer's Association.
