He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Niehaus and Elizabeth Niehaus; and his spouse Dwana Niehaus. He is survived by: his children, Daniel (Janet Niehaus) of Easley, SC, Donna (Bill "Doc" Beal) of Glen Burnie, MD and David (Gail Niehaus) of Westminister, MD. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends.
