Clifton Floyd Darby Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clifton Floyd Darby of Catonsville, Maryland, who passed away on February 6, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Clifton had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Clifton may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton W. Darby and Margie Floyd Darby; and his brother Harry Darby. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie (Gonder); his sons, Clifton William and George; and his siblings, Rae and Donald. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A reception will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Candle Light Funeral Home (1835 Frederick Rd, Catonsville, MD 21228).
