She is survived by: her husband John A. Fahey; her children, Kathy Fahey Counts (Steve), Barbara Fahey DeBoy (Jim) and Dr. John A. Fahey, Jr. (Virginia); her grandchildren, Mark DeBoy, Jody Fahey Agnew (John), Jessica Fahey Welte (Brody), John E. Fahey (Sarah), Tage Counts (Diana) and Nicole Counts Angle (Pete); and her great grandchildren, Lily Agnew, Jack Agnew, Isabelle Agnew, Will Agnew, Jonah Welte, Asher Welte, Phinn Welte, Evie Angle and Shep Angle.
