Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Barbara Elder (Catonsville, Maryland), who passed away at the age of 93, on February 19, 2020. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Phillip Merritt and Florence Harding LeGallee; her husband Alexander Stowell Elder; and her brother David LeGallee.
