He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Newcomer, Sr. and Stella Newcomer (Bricker). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Sweitzer of Greencastle, PA; his daughter Robyn Kohler (Jim) of Waynesboro; and his grandson Devin Kohler. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
