It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julie McClain (Cascade, Maryland), born in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 16, 2020, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Robert Moran and Virginia Elizabeth Shockey (Shaffer). She is survived by: her husband David L. McClain; her sisters, Phyllis L. Franke of Waynesboro, PA and Charlene Straughn of Zephyr Hills, FL; her stepmother Betty J. Moran of Chambersburg, PA; her niece Carmen; and her nephews, Michael, Steve, Jimmy, Chris and Damion. She is also survived by six great-nieces, two great-nephews, and many cousins and friends.
