He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Hoffman and Judy Champlain Jones; his parents-in-law, Jessie Price and June Price; his brothers, Bill Hoffman and Glenn Hoffman Jr.; and his siblings-in-law, James Price and Holly Price.
He is survived by: his wife Kandy Hoffman; his daughters, Heidi Strouth (Danny) and Tiffany Stouffer (Cory Sr); his siblings-in-law, Jesse Price (Sheila) and Penny Workinger (Brian); his sisters, Polly Deveney (Cameron) and Julie Stull; and his grandchildren, Dylan, Maddy Strouth, Cory Jr. and Ares Stouffer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
