With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Debbie Louise Bowman of Cascade, Maryland, born in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 8, 2024 at the age of 65. She was predeceased by: her father Ronald H. Swope of Sabillasville; her sister Kathy Swope; and her grandparents, Margaret "Bob", Harry Swope of Fovxille, Edna and Carroll Morgan of Boonsboro.

She is survived by: her mother Louise Swope (Morgan); her daughter Stacey Green (Tommy) of Cascade, MD; her grandchildren, Cole, Logan, Blake and Stella; and her siblings, Brenda Sponsky (Wayne), Jay Swope (Pat) and Nick Swope (Sheila). She is also survived by numerous Nieces and Nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Doey's House, 11370 Caring Pathway Lane, Hagerstown, MD 21742.
