It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carl Lee Smith of Cascade, Maryland, who passed away on December 6, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie Lee Smith and Rena Imogene Smith (Brown). He is survived by: his close friend Sue Wivell; his son Travis Lee Smith; his grandchildren, Cole Smith and Callie Smith; his stepchildren, Kim, Tony, Daniel and Wesley; his stepgrandchildren, Chad, Chloe, Trent and Bert; his stepgreat-grandson Hudson; and his close friend Dave Gladhill. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the J. L. Davis Funeral Home (12525 Bradbury Ave, Smithsburg, MD 21783). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Donations in memory of Tater can be made out to the American Heart Association or St. Jude's Research Hospital.
