He is survived by: his children, Lewis (Katrina), Alfred, Eric (Robin), Loralyn Kay and Devin (Kelly); his grandchildren, Melvin Key Jr., Shala Mayo, Leah Key, Nylah Mayo, Latrina Mayo, Lauren Key, Caleb Mayo, Malik Key, Cameron Mayo, Darien Mayo, Madison Mayo, Mikale Mayo and Messiah Mayo; his great grandchildren, King Butts and Shiloh Warquah; his sister Loree Mayo Hill; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Walton, John and Herbert Pinckney. He is also survived by sons and daughters, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
