Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Laura Sue Mahaffey of Cape Saint Claire, Maryland, born in DeKalb, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 61, on December 20, 2022. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James August Meyer and Dora Sue Strope Meyer; her husband Eric D. Mahaffey; her children, Alex Mahaffey, Emily Mahaffey and Ben Mahaffey; and her siblings, Beth Sherwin (Donald) and Jonathan Meyer (Gwen) of Lothian, MD.. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
Interment will be private at Lakemont Memorial Gardens in Davidsonville, MD Memorial Contributions: in lieu of flowers donations to Wilds Christian Camp Living Memorial fund.
