We bid farewell to Catherine M. Connelly of Cape Saint Claire, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 5, 2025 at the age of 97. Catherine touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Lee Connelly, Sr.; and her sons, Kenneth Connelly Jr. (Trixie), Timothy Connelly (DeDe) and Edward Connelly (Dianne). She is survived by: her children, Robert Connelly (Deborah) of Winchendon, MA, Daniel Connelly Sr. (Noreen) of Pasadena, MD, Patricia Waller (Alvin) of Westchester, PA, Theresa Connelly (Patrick Lee) of Stevensville, MD and Margaret Burkhart (Mark) of Pasadena, MD.. She is also survived by 50 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kalas Funeral Home & Crematory (2973 Solomons Island Rd, Edgewater, MD 21037). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. John Neumann Catholic Church (620 N Bestgate Rd, Annapolis, MD 21401). A burial was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery (1122 Sunrise Beach Rd, Crownsville, MD 21032).
