She is survived by: her children, Betty Foxx, Geraldine Criss (Frank), Rebecca Outlaw (Kim), Ciscero Plummer, Jr. (Lorai) and Wilbert Plummer; and her siblings, Jessie Williams, Susie Evans, Minnie Bullock and Julia Bullock.
