Wiggins of Leesburg, VA; his son Anthony Wiggins (Oxon Hill, MD); his siblings, Sidney, Jr. (Janet) of Leesburg, VA and Brenda Thomas (Fort Washington, MD); his aunts and uncles, Beacher James E. Wiggins (Washington, DC), Fred Richardson (Fort Washington, MD), Robert Richardson (Rachel) of Rosamond, CA, Doris Reaves (Fort Washington, MD), Bernice Clark (Oxon Hill, MD) and Bessie Logan (Fort Washington, MD); his nephew Sidney L. Wiggins, III (Latasha) of Sterling, VA; and his nieces, Sheri Joyner (Brandywine, MD) and Shaconya Kendrick (Brandywine, MD). He is also survived by four great nieces; two great nephews; and one great-great niece, along with many other family members and friends.
