She was predeceased by: her parents, William Noel and Alice Noel; her siblings, Wilhelmina Wilson and William Noel, Jr.; and her nephew John Noel.
She is survived by: her husband William T. Stokes; her daughters, Susan Wilhelm (Dave) of Columbus, IN, Ruth Stokes (Oscar White) of Camp Springs, MD and Joanne Aikman (Jim) of Dunkirk, MD.; her sister Jane Williams; her sister-in-law Mary Noel; and her grandchildren, Dan, Emily, Elizabeth, Matt and Becky. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends.
