He is survived by: his sisters, Dorothy M. Jackson of Vienna, MD and Lula Parson (Hampton) of Prince Frederick, MD; and his children, Bruce Jenkins (Evelyn) of Benton, LA, Lauretta Jenkins of Baltimore, MD and William Conaway of Balt. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
