He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Foxwell and Hazel Foxwell of Lakesville; his brothers, Bobby and Glenn (Rebecca); his son Scott; and his pets, King and Roscoe.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Foxwell; his sons, Ricky (Mary) of Cambridge, Timmy (Linda) of Kansas, Frank (Carol) of Cambridge and Troy of Lakesville; and his close friends, Melvin Pritchett, Dale Insley, Cathy, Tony Hayden, Barry, Susan Wingate, John Ferguson and Alex Travers. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Thomas Funeral Home (700 Locust St, Cambridge, MD 21613). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers or cards, the family asks that donations be made in Wayne and Rebecca's honor to Coastal Hospice Foundation, P.O. Box 1733, Salisbury, MD 21802.
