She was predeceased by: her parents, George Edward Townsend and Peggy Marshall Passwaters; her husband Edward A. Lowe; her son Charles Lowe; and her brother Wayne Townsend.
She is survived by: her grandson Jordon Jessie Lowe; her sister Carolyn Travers (Harold) of Madison; and her half-brothers, Terry Dean (Michelle) of South Carolina and Mark Dean (Sharon) of Maine. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
