He is survived by: his mother Margaret "Betsy" Malkus; his grandmother Margaret Anne Malkus; his brother Richard LaPerch (Jess); his nephew Connor Hayden; his nieces, Livie and Jocelynne; his uncle Fred Malkus III; his aunt Susan Malkus (Phil Brown); and his cousins, Katie Brown and Maddie Brown.
