With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas A. Howell IV (Cambridge, Maryland), born in Morristown, New Jersey, who passed away on January 29, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Whitfield Howell and Thomas Andrews Howell III; and his brother Dick Howell. He is survived by: his sister Kim Tyler; his wife Judy; his children, Elena Clark (Allen) and Andy Howell (Caroline); his grandchildren, Thomas, John, Eleanor Howell, Allen, Henry and Julia Clark; and his brother Hunt. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
