With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert C. Windsor of Cambridge, Maryland, who passed away on May 26, 2022 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Willis C. Windsor, Sr.; and his brothers, William "Billy" Windsor, Willis C. "Buddy" Windsor, Jr. and Barry J. Windsor. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Windsor; his children, Helen Foxwell, Amy Mohr, Jack Trafford, Mark Trafford (Rachel), Larry Mohr (Julie) and Donnie Wroten, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Macy Foxwell, Maddie Foxwell, Kayla Wroten, Donnie Wroten III, Alex Mohr, Andrew Wroten, Cole Mohr, Grace Mohr, Bailee Trafford and Emiee Trafford. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
