He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lasbury Thomas Parks, Jr. and Ruth Elmay Moore Parks; his wife Barbara Anne Fleischman; his children, Mike (Shawn) and Susan (Skip Stinson); his grandchildren, Morgan Elisa Parks Cox (Jody), Madison Anna Parks (Josh Kaseff) and John Walter "Jack" Stinson, Jr.; his great grandchild Emerson Elisa Cox; his godson Wayne E. Gray, Jr.; his brother Larry T. Parks (Kay); his niece Michelle Sears; his nephews, Justin and Douglas Parks, Jr.; and his brother Douglas Parks.
