He was predeceased by: his parents, Gillis S. Todd, Sr. and Maggie Moore Todd; his brothers, Emerson Todd, Sr. and Gillis Todd, Jr.; his sister-in-law Shirley Todd; and his nephew Emerson Todd, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Alice Todd of Cambridge; his daughter Dawn Price (Dale III); his granddaughters, Megan and Allison Price; his daughter Michelle Sann (Mike) of Reliance; his grandchildren, Michael Sann III (Brianna) and Abigail Sann; and his siblings-in-law, George C. Bennett, Sr. (Carol) of St. Louis Missouri and Beth Todd of Cambridge. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
