He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Fox; his mother Judy Neil; his brother Michael Andrew Neil; and his friends, Victoria Griffith, David Cybuck, Steve Batory, Jay Butz and Jerry Hayes. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
