He was predeceased by: his parents, Oneida Williams (Yates) and Raymond Norman; and his sisters, Tasha and Tanya. He is survived by: his nephew Telorian; his cousin Philip; his wife Cynthia Yates; his children, Raymond Jr. (Lillian), Zuri Howard, Raequandia and Xiavein (Gennail); his daughter-in-law Meghan Howard; his grandchildren, Kemonie, Raymond 3rd, Zuri-Latay, Kamari, Marcella, Todd, Zaylin, Emma Lee, Zelena and Jabari Kyngston; his sisters, Pamela Oguagha and Jacqueline Roberts; his siblings-in-law, Kimberly Farrington, Linette Frazier and Willis Williams (Duces); and his godsons, Jay Warner and Micheal Burnside (Lil' Big Mike). He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, cousins, great nephews and great nieces.
