He is survived by: his children, William H. Willey of Preston, MD, Linda Blaney (Fred) of Delmar, MD and David Willey (Linda) of Hurlock, MD; his grandchildren, Adam Blaney (Dana) of Delmar, DE, Amanda Plotts (Kevin) of Hebron, MD and Stephen Willey of Goldsboro, MD; his great grandchildren, Asher, Avery Blaney of Delmar, DE, Grayson and Madyson Plotts of Hebron, MD; his brothers, Wayne Willey of Cambridge, MD, Gary Willey (Janet) of Cambridge, MD and Robert Willey (Bonnie) of Cambridge, MD; and his friend Louise Turner Prahl. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
