He was predeceased by: his father Howard P. "Boy" Frazier (Gloria); his brother-in-law Wade Kenny; his aunt Phyllis James; and his pet Spike. He is survived by: his mother Rebecca Stack Swann (Bill) of Cambridge; his siblings, Debbie Linthicum, Donna Travers (Rodney), Missy Kenny, Dickie Swann (Kathy), Donnie Swann (Sherri) and Tommy Frazier (Kim); his aunt Joan Frazier; his former wife Cathy Adkins; and his cousin Dougie Mayhorn. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Baywater Animal Rescue in Cambridge or to the ALS Association.
