It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny Ann Mills of Cambridge, Maryland, who passed away on August 9, 2022, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Virginia Foxwell Smullen and Vernon Shriver Mills, Sr.; her children, Shannan Middleton (Chris Bloodsworth) of Cambridge and Thomas "Tommy" Middleton, III (Heather Meekins) of Trappe; her grandchildren, Carley Middleton (Her "Special Angel"), Crimzen Bloodsworth, Logan Middleton, Taylor Middleton, Calisse Bloodsworth, Talan Middleton, Sofia Middleton and Raine Middleton; her brothers, Vernon Mills, Jr. and Scott Mills (Trish); her godchildren, Tiffany Tieder and Bryan Cook; her cousin Kathy Grow; the father of her children Thomas "Tommy" Middleton, II; and her pets, Cinna and Bo. She was also cherished by friends, aunts, uncles.
