He was predeceased by: his father Eugene William Tolley, Sr.; and his brother Eugene William Tolley, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Pritchett Tolley; his children, Taylor Lynne Tolley (Koby) and Michael Preston Tolley, II; his grandchildren, Raelynne and Nola Tolley; and his sister Linda Marshall (Billy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
