He is survived by: his wife Cherrie Jiles; his son Michael Perry; his stepchildren, Naquisha Chester (Larry), Marvin Taylor, Jr. (Hannah) and Kachiri Butler; his grandchildren, Caydence Perry, Lamontrà Chester, Laniya Chester, Lavontà Chester, Marvin Taylor III, Deon Taylor, AviYah Taylor and Isaiah Taylor; his siblings, Jo Ann Jiles (Skip) and Clifford Jiles, Jr. (Janet); his nieces and nephews, Nakia Bowens (Vaughn), Michelle Fulford, Jamelia Perry, Garry Perry, Jr. (Shanise) and Jerome Jiles, Jr.; his aunts, Julia Johnson, Marion Fisher and Mary Spicer-Davis; his great-aunts, Ruth Braxton and Agnes Davis; his uncle Fulton Davis, Sr.; and his friends, Donniel Pinkett, Nathan Banks and Kermit Dixon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
