He was predeceased by: his father Robert Chester of Westminster, Maryland.. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Chester; his sisters, Katherine Chester of Westminster, Mary Megan of Carbondale and Ellen Chester Robb; his brother-in-law Steve Robb of Westminster; his nephew Tristan John Robb of Daytona Beach; and his nieces, Sara Corinne and Caroline Mary Robb of Westminster. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
