He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin A. Paul, Sr. and Frances Gootee Paul; his wife Janice Robinson; and his sister Ramona Paul. He is survived by: his son Dwane Paul (Cindy) of Golden Hill; his grandsons, Aaron Paul (Katie) of Taylors Island and Cody Paul (Mary Jo) of Woolford; and his great grandchildren, Logan, Charlie Paul and Amberlynn Elzey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Thomas Funeral Home (700 Locust St, Cambridge, MD 21613). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
