He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Bailey and Eary Bailey; his grandparents, Noah and Pauline Frazier; his aunts, Anna Kane and Pauline Wilson; and his uncle Charles Gardner.

He is survived by: his siblings, Morris Bailey and Missy B. K. A. Eary Bailey; his uncle Noah Frazier; his aunt Jennifer Haynes; and his cousins, Carroll Gardner, Vincent Frazier, Archie Kendrick, Ernie Brice and Melissa Freeman Molock (Tyrone).
