She is survived by: her child Bernie Chase (Urshell); her grandchildren, Ronnesha Murray (William), Tyneka Chase and Jerry Kimble; her great grandchildren, Za'Nasha Chase, Zy'Marrra Sampson, Zy'Marr Sampson, Gra'Siiya Chase and Na'Zir Jones; her siblings, Eloise Johnson and Russell Chase; and her nieces and nephews, Joann Chase, Vanessa Johnson, Raymond Chase, Wayne Johnson (Rhonda), Jerome Johnson (Schandra), Mark Chase and Lamar Chase. She is also survived by great nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
