She was predeceased by: her father Ervin Cooper; her husband Richard Perry, Sr.; and her siblings, Minnie Johnson, Mildred Johnson, Harold Cooper and Melvin Cooper.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Perry, Jr. (Lisa) and Denise Perry; her grandchildren, Shyteia Carter (Warren), Tabari Perry and Preston Keene; her great grandchildren, Daijon Ricks and Amare Carter; her grandchildren, Shy, Daijon and Amare (Omari); and her siblings, Otis Cooper, Sr. and Marie Cooper. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
