It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Manokey Sr. (Cambridge, Maryland), who passed away on July 28, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Manokey and Valerie Manokey; his brothers, Markus Manokey Sr. and Calvin Manokey Sr. (Cowboy); his aunts and uncles, Stella Manokey, Elsie Manokey (Lee), Daisy Ross, Shirley Ross, Bernice Carney, Leon Brown (Marion), Sam Manokey, Howard Manokey, James Manokey and John Manokey; his great-uncle Elenzor Len Camper; and his great-aunts, Virgina Camper and Niecy Ennals.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Manokey Jr., Ky'rie Manokey, Kenisha Davis (Christopher), Ka'quina Thomas (Roderick), Keyandra Brisco, Kendraya Brisco and Kalynda Manokey; his godson Dontae Gibbs; his siblings, Lenot of Cambridge, MD, Bruce Manokey of Cambridge, MD, Larry Manokey (Valerie) of Concord, DE, Monica Wheatly of Pasadena, MD and Kimberly Jackson of Glen Burnie, MD; his aunts, Barbara Stanley, Betty Ross and Marion Macbeth; his sister Peggy Ross; his sister-in-law Alesia Manokey; and his grandchildren, Armani Macer, Za'niya of Washington, Da'marion Sampson, Da'myra Sampson, Kimora Manokey, Cazmire Davis, Christiana Davis, Kylie Manokey, Kaydence Manokey, Roderick Thomas and Ryan Thomas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and special friends.
