She was predeceased by: her parents, Julian Handley and Katie Kuebler Handley; her husband Edgar A. Willey, Sr.; and her siblings, Henry Handley, Jesse Handley and Peggy Jackson.
She is survived by: her children, Linda W. Elzey (Craig) of Cordova, Edgar "Allen" Willey, Jr. (Linda) of Vienna and Stephen M. Willey (Carol) of Cambridge; her grandsons, Christopher Willey (Jennifer), Eric Willey (Christine) and Bryan Elzey; her great grandchildren, Cole Willey and Evelyn Rose Willey; her niece Libby Handley Nagel; and her pet Barney. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 9:15 AM to 10:15 AM at the Church of the Nazarene (97 Sandy Hill Rd, Cambridge, MD 21613). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 10:15 AM at the same location.
