She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Semeler and Elizabeth Semeler; her husband George "David" Windsor of Cambridge, MD.; and her son Robert "Bobby" Windsor. She is survived by: her siblings, Elizabeth S. "Betty" Simms, Joseph Semeler, Buddy Semeler and Lucille "Lucy" Carroll; her son Mark Windsor (Diane) of Georgetown, DE; and her grandchildren, Zachary of Georgetown, DE and Kaitlyn Windsor (Kittycat) of Georgetown, DE.
Mrs. Windsor's final wish was to have her body donated to the State of Maryland Anatomy Board in Baltimore, MD realizing the importance of learning for those in the healthcare profession.
