He is survived by: his mother Dianne Ellerbusch; his pet Ozzie; his children, Jazlyn Sapulos and Gavin Sapulos (Alexa); his close friend Brittney Dickerson; his sisters, April Ellerbusch and Debbie Truitt; his uncles, John Ellerbusch, William Anderson and Carl Anderson; his nephew Lukas Ellerbusch; his close friend Ozzie; and also Barley Webster. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
