It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Harry Turpin Sr. (Cambridge, Maryland), who passed away on October 7, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Elwood Turpin and Mattie Bennett Turpin; and his close friend Ed Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Patsy; his children, Kimberly Turpin White and James H. Turpin, Jr. (Constance Mae); his grandchildren, Randall L. White, Jr. (Paige Shelton), Sarah A. White (Peter Gorman), Brandon Sellers, Kylee and Bentley Miles; his great grandchildren, Jackson A. White and Peter V. Gorman, III; and his sister Teresa Holland (Vaughn). He is also survived by his family and friends.
