He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas Moaney, Jr. of Easton, Jacqueline Skinner, Arlene Moaney of Cambridge and Karen Moaney (Mark) of Easton; his aunts and uncles, Alice Ann Caldwell of Virginia Beach, VA, Clara Leatherberry of Baltimore, John Baker (Beverly Ann), Frank Baker of Federalsburg and Clinton Baker of Washington, DC; and his nieces, Sherry Murray of Cambridge and Annette Brooks of Millersville, MD. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
