With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Carlton Newcomb Jr. of Cambridge, Maryland, who passed away on August 28, 2022 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father James Carlton Newcomb, Sr.; and his siblings, Kathy Wingate, Brenda Reid, Bonnie Rockwell and Gary G. Newcomb.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce of Cambridge; his son James Carlton "Jay" Newcomb, III of Salisbury, Maryland; and his brother Ronnie Newcomb. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
