He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Carl Rossy and Mamie Wilkerson Rossy. He is survived by: his wife Delores A. Rossy; his daughter Jennifer R. Willey (Chris); his grandson Gregory Cole Willey; and his siblings, Gloria Moyd of Hurlock, Johnnie C. Rossy of Cambridge, Michael Rossy of Cambridge and Ricky Rossy of Cambridge. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
