He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie L. Perry and Blanche Storm Perry; his wife Marie A. Hutson; and his siblings, Mary Ellen Perry Givner and Lonnie Robert Perry.
He is survived by: his niece Mary Anne Perry Zenger of Towson; his great-nephew Jack Andrew Zenger of Salem Mass; and his nephew James Lockard of Lyon, France..
