She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Oliphant and Addie Jones Oliphant; her husband Sgt. Wallace J. Mowbray; her sister Frances Fitzhugh; and her brother-in-law Ernest Fitzhugh.
She is survived by: her children, Robin Mowbray MacGillivray (Todd) of Cambridge, Rusty Mowbray (Victoria) of Cambridge and Ryan Mowbray (Patty) of Cambridge; and her grandchildren, Justin Hoxter, Monica Weber, Megan Hawkins, John Mowbray II, Kassidy Mowbray, Kristin Cannon and Katie Mowbray. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
